Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Corn and Black Bean Salsa
Linda and Brint

Makes 5 cups

1 can corn, drained or 1 1/2 ears fresh corn
3/8 cup water
1 1/2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 T + 2 t chopped fresh cilantro
2 T + 2 t lime juice
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 ripe avocado, chopped

Combine all ingredients except avocado; cover and chill 30 minutes. Stir in avocado. Servie with tortilla chips.
